I have an Abit NF7-S:

Athlon 2000+
1 X 512mb 3200

When I set it up, it showed my RAM as DDR 400 which is right. However, I've just noticed it say 266 now?

I've had a look in the BIOS and my CPU (i know it's old) was detected automaticallly as 2000+ and is still correct. So any ideas on how to change the RAM back to 400?

Thanks in advance.

You'll need to set the memory divider to 4/6, it's probably set to AUTO. However, Athlons work best with the memory in sync with the FSB, so chances are you'd get the best performance with the DDR400 @ DDR266 with really tight timings.
