I am gonna buy an asus a8v athlon 64 fx 53 socket 939 etc.i am wondering if theres any reason i should wait is there any equipment comming out soon that is good enough that would make me forget this setup and buy the new stuff like ddr2, pci express,orsomething else? send me any links on sites that tell you whats comming out and when its comming for pc stuff please.can i build a system today using ddr2? pci express?

No you can't. My advice: enjoy your computing experience as soon as possible. Then in another 3 years you can buy ddr2 and pci-express when it is a viable solution. As of now it is not. Don't wait around like a lot of people. You can never keep up with the computing world, so just enjoy what you can get.
