Best MoBo for $$$

I have a Athlon 2100 and want to upgrade my MoBo to one with USB2.0 & 1394 ports built in. Something good, Inexpensive, & that will support faster processors and atleast 1-2GB of RAM. Thanks for the suggestions

Whats your spending limit!? Cheap could be anything, but I would suggest NF7-S, it's only $85 at newegg and you get free shipping. Supports up to 3gb of memory, up to Athlon XP 3200+, has USB 2.0 with ATA 150, and lots of other good stuff.
