I want to replace the onboard graphic on my brother-in-law's NF7-M with my 9700 Pro... it didn't overclock very well, and I want a 9800 Pro...

Uninstall the NVidia display drivers, run detonator destroyer, reboot, and then attempt to install the ATI drivers...

Will the fact that it is a Nvidia chipset affect the way the detonator destroyer works... I will soon be wanting to move my modded Sapphire 9500np over to my second NF7-S (When my BBA 9800 Pro gets here) where I currently have a Ti4200... I do not really want to reinstall the OS on these two systems...

I have been reading about people having trouble going from Nvidia tio ATI for a few years here, but i have not had a proble the only time I tried it, but that was from a 16MN card to a 7500...

If you use Detonator Destroyer, you should not have any problems! But, we can't tell you for sure that you will not have any glitchs!

You might try to run 2 cleanup programs, I know that Driver Cleaner get the jobs done too!

It's tricky to use words like <b><font color=green>AMD</font color=green></b> or <b><font color=blue>Intel</font color=blue></b> in a signature some users could think your are biased.

I've used the Driver Cleaner with no probs going back and forth between nVidia & ATI on the NF7 boards. No complications from the nVidia chipset. Same for dad's identical rig except he runs win XP
