Crysis Help Please

so right now im using an ultra-high mod, and Xtreme Particle Chaos Physics Mod v8.0. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqpR_7re2N8)
i LOVE the explosions in that mod, but theres too many random particles, and sometimes results in slowdown. so im looking for a mod with awesome explosions, but not as many random particles... Any recommedations?

one word - 5970 or 5870.

actually, 5850. with out the particle mod, and still with the ultra-high mod, i get 40-55 fps. with particle mod: normal: 35-40 fps, slowdown being: 10-20fps
