I can't say specifically, but often mistakes are made when looking at B or 8 and swapping them for each other, the same goes for O and 0 (the first being upper case O and the second being zero). These are most common mistakes when reading activation codes. If you have the code sometimes it's better to copy and paste, if that option is available. Other than that look very carefully when reading the code.
