Sugest A Motherboard for me plz.

I have some experience changing components in a Computer. Currently I have a 1.1 GHz Compaq. I have upgraded the CD, Video, Audio, Ram, etc. I have never upgraded a Motherboard.
I don’t need a 64 bit processor. I am not really into OC’ing and I don’t a need cutting edge computer. I would like to stick to a AMD Processor. And don’t know a lot about Chip sets. I do know I want Sata, at least 5.1 audio. I have between $200 to $300 to spend on the board and processor. I was looking at a AMD XP2700 MSI KT6DLSR KT600 SATA BAREBONE Price: US $259.00 located at magicmicro_com (on EBay)http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2794285019. Any speedy advice would be greatly appreciated as I am going to do this ASAP. Novalogic’s “Joint Operations” is waiting for me. I use this computer for Office Work, Internet and 50% games.

after seeing the post after me it looks like a Abit NF7-S Version 2 nForce 2 M/B w/audio, LAN, SATA-RAID fits what I need.
