Just built a new pc today

Hey all I just built a new pc today using the ECS Elitegroup N2u400-1 motherboard I'm using a xp1500 cpu everything is except when I start it I get no screen and no beeps. I;v check the video card works on other computer but doesn't work on the new one it's agp btw anyone know what this symtom is?

Most likely causes are a shorted board where an extra mounting point/standoff is touching a circuit on the back, or a flipped IDE cable. Read the first post in this forum for helpful advice on these types of problems.
