Help with the sims 1 sims are shadow

My The Sims 1 game (with EP UL, SS, MM) seems to work fine, except my characters have turned into black shadows. No skins at all. Help!

All of them? what happens when you type "delete_objects on" in the console then delete the shadows? (dont worry, the characters return immediately)

Yes, it was all of the characters. I have up and uninstalled. I saved my objects and skins to a different folder and added them after.
