Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition DRM

I know the game has disc check, but, what I want to know is if you have to have the add-on packs disc in to play them? Or does it just install them and you only have to have the game disc in to play them?

AFAIK you dont need the disc in to play the DLC, but you do need the FO3 disc in.
