Window 7 upgrade problem with sound card

I have upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista and the Windows system does not recognize there is a sound card installed. Are the a Fixes to correct this? I do not have the manufacture of the sound card either.

We need to know if your 32 or 64 bit. We have to know something about your sound card as well. ( model #'s are great) is the card in a slot or on the mobo?
You can go to device manager and delete the driver, restart and see if windows finds a better one.
