Looking to upgrade for Doom III and HL2, but since I've got a Dell I'm building a new pc that can handle newer video cards and decent memory. Low on funds so I'm planning on using the 2.66ghz Pentium 4 outta my current pc. I got it back in Feb of 2003, so I'm not sure if Intel has different models or anything I need to be aware of.

Here's the only real documentation I can find on the processor, if it helps any:

This is the motherboard I'm probably gonna get:

Are there any issues I need to be aware of in using an older P4 with the mobo? Is that a solid mobo? Thanks for any help.

It should work fine, but why waste an 875 chipset on that CPU?. An IS7 would do just as well and save you some dough!

I'd get an Abit IS7 and a matching module for the one you already have (unless you already have a matched pair). PC2100 in dual channel mode is a perfect match for your CPU.
