Hey guys, I just got all my computer components delivered and tried to put everything together but it won't POST. As soon as I boot the computer, it says:

Verifying DMI pool data...
NVIDIA Boot Agent 197.0462
Copyring blah blah blah

And after a long while of doing nothing it goes to:

PXE-E61: Media test failure
PXE-M0F: Exiting Nvidia boot agent

Any ideas? I tried mashing on F12 and Delete, but it just won't let me go to the BIOS setup. Thanks guys!

Delete should get you into BIOS, but you need to be pressing it sooner I reckon.

I assume you've put your Windows (presumably XP?) CD into the CDROM, and it's connected happily.

Do you get a hard drive activity light come on at all?

Turn off PXE Boot rRom, or Boot by Lan, or whatever it's called in yoru BIOS.

But yeah, should be hitting delete noticably before it gets to this point, unless this is some really strange motherboard.

Thanks for the help guys. I managed to get into BIOS and I don't see anything set to boot rRom/by LAN. The CD and HD both seem to be showing activity. I just tried putting in the XP CD for the first time and it started setting up the devices (I think), but when it asked me if I wanted to install windows, my keyboard wasn't responding so I had to reset. My computer started beeping repeatedly so I reset it, and now it keeps getting stuck on Verifying DMI Data Pool. Please help! :(

Try resetting the CMOS. There's a jumper below the motherboard clock battery. Unplug power, flip power switch on and off to discharge psu, and then jump from 1&2 to 2&3. Leave that for 10 seconds and then rejump to 1&2. Plug PSU back in, turn on comp, should be able to get into bios with defaults loaded. I'm describing the procedure from memory, so check in mobo booklet first.
