I got this MSI Delta-L nforce2 board. I had to use for a couple days a single 256mb module from my previous system, so the BIOS read 166mhz for FSB (athlon 2700) and 266 for the DDR. Now I got my new twin 512mb modules for dual channel and when I installed them, the BIOS shows 100MHz FSB and 200MHz ddr speed. But WCPUID says 166mhz for the cpu bus.

Am I doing something wrong there? Should I change some settings?

Yes! Your memory speed and your fsb speed can be different, but for best performance they should be the same.

The cpu should be (I think) 166 for the 2700..

Depending on the speed of the ram you got you need to set the memory speed to match. PC2100 (Hope you didn't get that) =133 (266ddr), pc2700 =166 (333ddr), pc3200 =200 (400ddr) If you have pc3200 you can run it at 166 speeds, test both and use the one that gives you the best performance.
