I would either get the MSI or the Gigabyte. Personally I prefer Gigabyte in general, have had several Gigabyte boards and never had a problem. The MSI board offers the 7 channel sound, as the Gigabyte board only has 6, but I don't see this as a deciding factor.
Overall I would go for the Gigabyte board, Gigabyte has a few features that the others don't. First the dual power setup (6 phase). Second I like the Dual Bios setup on the gigabyte, that feature has saved me once in the past (Don't know why more boards don't offer this, and what could be the odds of a power failure during a BIOS update ).
Overall my choice is the Gigabyte.

It is the only one I have seen rated to utilize the cool and quiet features, the ones that step down the processor or clock cycles or whatever, to make it cooler when its not trully needing all of that 64 bit power.
THG recommended it!
I hope this is the VIA chipset one, thats the one that uses it when paired with MSI this-year-made boards.
