Sempron motherboard compatibility

I just picked up an ABit NF7 Nforce2 rev2.0 mobo and was wondering if the Nforce2 Ultra400 is compatible with a 2400+ Sempron chip. AMD hasn't released to much information on which boards are compatible with their new processor, so I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this.
