Soyo P4I865PE mobo? good?

Does anyone have the Soyo P4I865PE Plus Dragon 2 motherboard? If so, is it good? is Soyo good?

Wow. Well, it's probably a good board, but I don't have much faith in rebates. I have the P4I875P Version 1.0, it's served me fine. Having so little faith in rebates I'd probably go with the Abit IS7 because I'm more familiar with it (and because Soyo has a very poor range of core voltage options for overclocking).
