XINPUT1_3.dll missing in Just cause 2

So, as you can see, I was missing this xinput1_3.dll files so I couldn't play this game. Never the less, I downloaded it and now that problem has gone. But now I still can't play the game beacause it gives me some kinda error.

So what's the problem? I use Windows7 Ultimate 64-bit, it says that I have DirectX11.
My rig:

Intel Core Duo @ 3.2 ghz
nvidia gt 240
4 gb ram
hdd 500 gb

Try google up the browser for
XINPUT1_3.dll... I think it has something to do with DirectX files

your not wrong and its also to do with games for windows live.

The Problem is solved by Installing Latest DIRECTX from microsoft website...
