Hello, I need another installation code for some odd reason mine dosen't work.

Go back to the store where you bought it from and ask to exchange it for another Sims 2.

Why are you asking this question on a PC gaming forum?

Did you actually buy this game? If a game you bought doesn't work (by this I mean defective in some way, not that your PC can't handle the game) naturally I would return it to the store and tell them what the problem is. If they won't let your return a defective game you can file a lawsuit.
