Steam Purchasing Problem (2 Prepaid Visa Cards)

Hey guys! I have 2 Visa Prepaid Cards, one is a rebate and one is a normal prepaid card. Both have $20, how can I buy a game that is 29.99? Is there a way to use both cards at purchase on Steam? I really want to buy Left 4 Dead 2. If there isn't a way to use both at the time of purchase, is there a way to take money out of one and put it into the other like a transfer? Please help!

paypal doesnt accept visa prepaid because it cannot be verified though.
