WIN 7 IS INSTALLLED IN MY SYSTEM BUT NFS MOSTWANTED ASKING FOR 9.0 OR HIGHER.
WHEN I CHANGE 9.0 TO 0 FROM AUTORUN FILES,SETUP COMPLETE'S BUT GAME IS NOT LAUNCHING..

Right click the icon and change the compatibility settings to run in XP mode (or maybe run as Administrator), that should solve your problem. Win 7 had DX11 already installed, which is backwards compatible so it should work. It works for me no prob.
