i have a socket7 mobo.it was given to me,need help to id for specs.following is all i found on board,letters CE,&what looks like backwards ron a u,E139761 next to lg. heatsink,intel chip;fw82371ab,f8131E21,intel chip;FW82439TX,am megatrends chip:2S9812AKE4 NSC-96 A2, PN:2502227, ati 3d rage2 chip,can anyone please help id this.
 
Does it have an FCC ID number on it? Can't remember if boards have these are not.

Onboard ATI video and TX chipset lead me to believe it's likely an Intel OEM motherboard for a company such as Gateway. TX was a great chipset but most Intel boards could only use Intel processors due to BIOS limitations. The board accepts the same RAM as the later BX chipset but that's not in the specifications, I only know from experience. You likely have 2 RAM slots and if you use the correct RAM that puts you up to 512MB, but with the Pentium 233MMX being the fastest compatable processor.

BTW, if you instal a CPU and RAM, connect it to a power supply and jump the power switch contact, you can get such a board to boot and show you the BIOS code, which will reveal what board it is.
