When I play my xbox for 2 min. The lights turns red.There is two lighs blinking.

Also, how is your console setup? Are the vents blocked or obstructed? How much airspace is around your console?

Time to call Microsoft! Keep your hard drive if they ask for you to mail your Xbox to them! Hopefully your warranty is for the red ring is still good...
