what MB for overclocking skt 754 w/ A64 3400+

I'll admit it, i'm a nub to overclocking. This will be my first system that i will be overclocking on.
I've built plenty of systems, but for friends, never OC'd.

I've done the research, but still need help.
Can anyone give suggestions on what would be the best MB, NV 250 gb chip set preferred,
to start my new OC'd system
Just tell me what you think. Fight if you must.

What im looking for,
MB: ??
CPU: 3400+
RAID: a must
G-Lan: yes

The Asus K8N-E Deluxe is easy. You tell it 10% overclock, and it does it.
