BSOD's and errors

Hello everybody:

I just built my first desktop and it's been running fine for about a week or so. Just recently, I decided to install more RAM. The BSOD's first happen when I'm playing a game, usually Starcraft 2, the system restarts after a physical memory dump then it crashes after starting it up normally.

After that, I tried taking out two sticks of RAM and it didn't start up and got stuck at the motherboard splash screen. I then took out the remaining two sticks of RAM and put all four back in and it started up. Safe mode, system restore and restarted up with no problems. I'm doing a stress-test at the moment and also did a different stress test before that and I received an error:

error while searching for files on optical data disk

Could someone please help me with this issue? I'd greatly appreciate the help.

Have you tried inserting the ram chips one at a time? I would try each ram module separately and try to boot with each stick.
