hi all
Im not really sure where i should post this hope here is ok.
A friend of mine has asked me about mini barebone systems but I dont know anything about them.
Basically he wants a small pc for playing Sims 2
how good are these machines at playing games?
would he be better off with a conventional pc?
He has been quoted just under £1000 for one at our local dealer but im not sure on the spec yet.

Could someone please explain something about these machines
Thankyou Gwyn

Crash will come in and give his normal rant about SFF PCs. :)

If they want one though, and many do, as they like the aesthetics, logic notwithstanding, I've had the best luck with the Shuttles. Used a variety of models since the ones with AGP Ports came out(though I did one computer lab with non AGP ones), and always been very happy with the quality of the product.

You might as well get him a Dell.
