I'm having a weird problem with Windows 7 64 bit. Whenever I hibernate of put my system on stand-by, my system restarts.
What I mean is, say I clicked on Hibernate, the systems hibernates, and then resumes, immediately. Same with stand-by.

 

Here is my config:
Q8200 2.33 Ghz
Gigabyte ATI 1GB 4850
4GB 800Mhz RAM

C-states in the BIOS? Hibernate is a certain state and it sounds like it's disabled at a BIOS level.
