MSI 865PE Neo2-V any good?

I have a Pentium 2.4 CPU with 800mhz and need a good Hyperthreading motherboard and saw 2 MSI motherboards on EggHead.com for sale that are refurbished really cheap.

MSI 865PE Neo2-V i865PE and
MSI 865PE NEO2-FIS2R

Which is the best quality stable board? Also do either of these boards have issues? I really need to know so I can order one tonight. They are both refurbished.
