AC2 new game problem

First question so here it is:
I love playing Assassins Creed 2. Really its awesome, amazing, everything.
Here is my problem:
Just finished the game and i want to start a new game on the EXISTING profile. Why can't i choose the other two you ask? Because they are currently occupied by my brothers. So any way around this minor issue?
