i bough pci usb card2.0 and when always i connect everything in my pc just cold and i need to restart him.

im alredy format and install win with sp2, but the plobem still happen.

i dont know what is but i've alredy tried to disable all usb ports onboards, and change PCI slot.

anyone tells me this is IRQ problem.anyone knows?

At a quick glance I was thinking the Microsoft Hub patch (though it's probably included in SP2). You might give it a try anyway.

In the compatibile hardware section USBMan recommends checking the chipset of USB 2.0 PCI cards. Those with NEC chips are recommended. Those with VIA chips are not.
