Cant get hardcore info. Which mobo is best for A64

Im getting either a A64 3000+ at 2.0ghz 512kb cache or an A64 3200+ also at 2.0ghz but with 1mb cache (found one, they arent made anymore).

Either way, what mobo would be best? I want to overclock a little bit through the fsb, up to what my ram will allow me, but would also like to do a little multi changing. And yes, Id like it to be stable. On and it has to be nforce3. Tell me some hard info here.

Multi's are only open downward.
Abit doesn't make an nforce3 board, so go with Asus. The K8N-E Deluxe is quite good.

For overclocking I think the best board currently is the DFI Lanparty UT. If not then the K8N-E or the MSI K8N Neo Platinum (what I use with the aformentioned 3200+)are great boards.
