Super easy question

It's been a loooooooong time since I built a pc...

When you buy a MB like the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum 939 which has a bunch of USB and Firewire ports, and then get a case with front USB and Firewire ports...do you have to buy extra cables to hook them to the MB, or do they come with it?
