What is the best virtual software for home training use

Hello,
I want to make a virtual environment so I can run server 2008 and exchange 2010. I'm short on hardware so I want to run the virtual on my windows 7 ultimate workstation. what is the best virtual software for my project? VM workstation is $200 so I'm looking for something cheaper. If available. Thanks.

You can use either VMWare Player (free and has almost all the features of Workstation) or VirtualBox (also free). Both will run Server 2008.

I'll second VMplayer or VirtualBox...both very free and capable of doing this, though you'll need enough CPU power and RAM to run those VMs.
