Hello,
I am trying to get an older copy of Command & Conquer to work with Vista32, with no luck.

please tell me the version and of the Command and Conquer u r trying to install.
did u use compatibility mode?

Also..
if u can specify ur Vista version and PC config then i may b able to help

try getting into the CD/DVD and run the setup as administrator and in compatibility for Windows Xp Sp2

And by the way, Vista does have a Compatibility troubleshooter built in, so you don't need "free software" to do it.
