Oblivion loading problems

Have you updated your Oblivion?

When you saved the game in oblivion, what mods were activated?

This would happen to me in Oblivion, all I would do is mess around with the load order and mods loaded. Eventually, I could find a setup that worked.

Be sure that if you have any .esm mod files that you activate them when you try to load.
