Avp3 multiplayer

ok heres the problem evrytime i go to avp3 multiplayer option in the menu
the ranked match and the player match are turned off even the leave group is turned off too
the only things that are turned on are teh leaderbaords and friends so i cant play online is there a way to turn them on im desperate to play it online any help would be appreciated![:)]( ":)")
