nForce driver question

I've not installed a motherboard in a long long time. I am about to set up my LAN Party UT 250 GB board, but:

Do I use the nForce drivers from the CD, or should I use the ones from nVidia's site? I know in the case of vid cards you always want to usse the ones from nVidia, not from the install disc. What should I do?

the last revision on the website is two months old... most likely they're the same as those on the CD.

Get the latest driver from nVidia website, though they don't update drivers very frequently.
