My computer just stopped working today. It worked fine this morning, and I did not change anything. It wouldnt power up. The light didnt go on or anything. I rewired the computer, and it still didnt work. I then changed the power outlet the comp was plugged into, and it worked for 2 or so bootups, but the screen was dark, and the four status leds were all red (meaning that my processor is supposedly fried). Then, it refused to boot at all. I've tried two power supplies, and besides a slight buzzing in one, there was no problem and neither worked. The processor does not look physically damaged. The motherboard also refuses to turn on with or without the processor in it.

Specs: MSI K8N Neo Platnium
Athlon64 3200+
1 gig corsair XMS ram
Geforce 6800GT
Aspire 520w power supply (and a old 400w one)

What is broken (if anything)? What should I RMA?

Is there anything that might be causing a short somewhere? Got any good friend that would be willing to let you put your cpu/ram/video in their board?
If it doesn't power on at all then that mobo is probably dead. It should at least power on regardless of what is plugged into it.
