What Motherboard to buy...?

Hello, what motherboard would you suggest for ATHLON 64 CPU?
I want a motherboard that support DUAL DDR, AGP*8 and at least 1 MB of cache.
the board is mainly for games and video editing and I can spare somthing like 250 $ for it, What would you recommand?

Any Socket 939 board can do all that. Would you prefer AGP or PCI-Express for the video card?
