NEED HELP PLZ!!!!!

Okay first off i have a HP workstation Xw6000
Specs:
windows xp Sp3
Ati Sapphire HD 3850 agp CCC 10.6-32
2.5 gig of ram
250 Hard drive
the original power supply
my processor is a Intel Xeon E7540

I just bought Kotor1 and im getting lines through Npc heads. I went to Bio ware and searched for a solution, but no luck.
How do I solve this problem?

Sounds like you need to update graphics card drivers...

Make sure the game is patched and that your graphics drivers are up to date.

I have the latest graphic driver and the latest patch. Still lines through Npc heads.

Hmmm... turn off V-sync, Shadows and Anti Aliasing maybe that might help.

It's still there. I also look on google and and they told me about putting drivers .dll file in kotor install path. in which i tried but nothing. I also reported this to bioware they told me what i already know and did.
