ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 with i3 intel good for gaming

Doubtful.

Desktop HD 54xx video cards are considered to be multimedia cards, not gaming cards. I would look for a laptop with a HD 5650 video card.

MW2 and WoW will run. Just try not to play too much crysis on it.

Run them? Yes. Run them well? No. As mentioned, you should look at a 5650 or better.

Decided on this system, got a awesome deal for it, hopefully this can play World of Warcraft and some MW2 with some speed. I researched the graphics card seems pretty solid. Hopefully I made a better choice this time.

Yeah that's looking good. Only 2 cores but that's ok, and the GT260M is decent enough.
