hey , id like to know if gta iv would run on these specs Intel Celeron E3300, 4 GB, 500 GB, DVD RE, Intel GMA X4500 graphic, USB 2.0, , LAN 10/100, Windows 7 home

In fact, you will not be able to play most current action games well.
BTW, still jerky on an Intel 735.

Obviously not, though if you are very very lucky it may run at 0.1 FPS

With that CPU and Graphics, there's no way GTA IV will run... don't bother playing it on PC, play it on Xbox 360 or PS3. Since PC version of GTA IV is such a bad port from consoles.
