New mobo graphics artifacts

PLEASE HELP.
I just upgraded my mobo/cpu to a Asus p4p800E Deluxe/P4 3.0 prescott. I use a Radeon 9000Pro 128mb card. It worked fine in my previous setup AMD/ABIT kt7a. Now with the new mobo/cpu I get graphics artifacts everywere. I am using new ATI drivers... HELP!!
system specs.
P4P800E deluxe
P4 3.0 prescott
Radeon 9000 Pro 128
Kingston DDR 400 2 512 sticks
300watt powersupply
windows 2000 sp4

Im curious , did you reinstall windows when you slapped the new mobo in, and if no, did you UNINSTALL your old chipset drivers from your amd setup first?
