Graphics problem

hi guys i would like to understand why i cannot run Resident Evil 5 on max settings although recommended settings for this game are:

OS: Windows Vista
Processor: AMD Phenom X4/Intel Core 2 Quad series
Ram Memory: 2 GB
Hard Drive: 8 GB Free
Video Memory: 512 MB (ATI Radeon HD 4800/NVIDIA GeForce 9800)
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 10
Keyboard and Mouse
DVD Rom Drive


and mine are:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 630 Processor
Ram Memory: 4 GB
Hard Drive: 1000 GB Free
Video Memory: 1 GB (ATI Radeon EAH 5450)
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 10
Keyboard and Mouse
DVD Rom Drive

i really dont know if my graphic card or display monitor are not configured correctly or i just dont have machine powerfull enough

any help is appreciated!

Simply put, it's your graphics card. Performance wise, the ATI 5450 cannot compare to the HD48xx/GeForce 9800 series. This chart should help show you what I mean, graphics card hierarchy. If you want to run High settings, you'll probably need at least an ATI HD 5770/Nvidia GTX 260.

WHat is the resolution of your display? Seems like it is too hot for the 5450 to handle.

Yea 5450 is not as powerful as 9800 or 4800, you need a better card or you have to run the in lower settings.
