Which is better to play COD6 MW2?

hello all,
i don't know PC very well, but very enthusiastic in gaming!
soon i'll buy new PC JUST for gaming, especially my fav, COD6 MW2.
i don't know PC hardware at all, and i never wish buying new PC that's not support COD6 at its best.
so maybe i'll ask many many question, i hope you all guys can give me a hand.
i'll manage to spend $500 without monitor and OS. i have my own 19" LCD.
lately i have these 3 option (i dunno they are compatible or not) :

from those three, which one supports COD6 at its best?
will there be any crash or bottleneck or else problem?
feel free to correct them if you find any incompatible hardware.
or maybe you have your own suggestion for me.
