Mw2 pc controller

i just bought the modern warfare controller to play with call of duty mw2 obviously and when i use it the screen is all jumpy while moving and looking like its trying to catch up with the movement or something

how can i get it to go smooth and i tested it on a few computers and the result is the same

best solution is not to use a controller on the pc. . . mouse + keyboard is way better for fps anyways
