COD5 WAW

So I downloaded World at War from Steam, thanks to the bundle deals they had! I got COD1,2,4,5 and United Offensive at 30USD!

Anyways, the point is that it took a while to download all of them. Now, when I run WAW, there's a 'lag' in the sound...makes sense? To explain, The sounds are getting stuck for some reason....kinda the same way a cd gets stuck!

Any suggestions on how to rectify this?
