Windows 8 Final build number ?

I understand that 9200 was the RTM build and shipped to manufactures. But I'm a first time Technet Subscriber (still in first year) and my impression from everything I've read is that you can't upgrade from RTM to the Full release version. Which makes me expect that there is a new Build that is associated to final release....

Please correct me if I'm wrong, because I'd love to start installing my machines, but I was under the impression that a new build would arrive today...

You can certainly upgrade from the RTM to the "full release version". You're probably thinking about the restriction of upgrading to an equal or greater edition of Windows. For example, you can't upgrade Windows 8 Enterprise (like the evaluation copy download) to Windows 8 Pro (retail or otherwise).

RTM is the full release version. There is no difference.
