Singularity crashing even before it launches

hi,
is anyone have issues with singularity?
I cant even get the dam thing to run!

I bouhgt two copies of it to see if maybe my disc was bad..also bought a copy from steam..
neither ran..

all other games, except for metro 2033 run..

all drivers updates, dx11..all that..
any ideas?

980x, dual 4 gig 5970, 12 gig ddr ram, asus pt6deluxe v board..latest mb and hardware drivers..dx 11..1200 pwr supply
