Usb game installing

k so i got rise of nations on my usb, right? i dont kno how to install it on my win 7 box. could someone help?

is it a disc image, a .exe or something else?

is it a legal copy of the game?

yes its legal
my computer didnt have a disc drive so i got the cd and went online and downloaded the game by enterinmg the product key. i put it on usb to have a copy just in case
